BĂLCESCU RESIDENCE

Everything. It's a very spacious and clean room, with high ceiling, a love seat and a comfortable chair, a kitchenette, a fan, clean and quiet. Very tastefully decorated and with double panned windows, so there was no outside noise. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the large plaza and right on the main pedestrian street. It's amazing value for your money and I'll definitely stay there again.

Unul dintre cele mai curate apartamente de vacanta in care am stat. Ca localizare, este f. aproape de Piata Mare din Sibiu, cu vedere catre str. pietonala N. Balcescu. Am apreciat aparatul de cafea cu boabe din bucatarie, patul comod, masina de spalat si cada. Masa si fierul de calcat se obtin la cerere. Comunicarea a fost excelenta cu proprietarul apartamentului. Recomand si cu siguranta voi reveni.

Lipsa aerului conditionat. Am avut insa un ventilator si am inteles ca e in plan si montarea unui AC.

Lack of aircon, could be an issue to some only on very hot days. Although the apartment keeps quite cool relative to outside temperature

Large room, separate kitchen area. Host had bag of ice in freezer which was very appreciated as we were having a heat wave. You can see everyone troop by and if you open the window you can hear the orchestra playing lovely music. Bakery next door, restaurants and all the sights just footsteps away.

No AC (as was in the property description) tho there was a good fan. Lighting dim. Could do with some hooks for towels in bathroom.
