Sauna Apartament

The location was perfect, because we had everything nearby. The place was clean, sauna was amazing.

The yard was used by someone else and we had to lock the gates everytime we left, even for only a few minutes.

Did travel all week so i can compare all the hotels we did stay during the trip. This one was one of the best from all. Besides its located in the basement, it has sauna, which did replace all inconvenience. Location is good, free parking available

Kitchen table is not convenient. The water was flushing trough kitchen floor

The apartment was perfectly suited for our family of 6 members, offering 2 separate bedrooms and two sleeping couches,but.......

It is a pity that the experience was ruined by the state of disrepair we found the apartment to be in. Starting with the bathroom door lock which was derilict and led to three times of one of the children being locked inside the bathroom, not able to get out without outside help, with the accompanying panic! If that wasn't bad enough, several other things were broken or not functioning properly, in general souring what would have been a very pleasant stay. The fridge wasn't functioning properly, hardly refrigerating, kitchen drawer was falling apart every time it was drawn out, toaster not properly functioning, hand shower head holder broken, main shower head not fixable. shower cabin not water tight, causing wet floor outside, no toilet paper holder, WiFi not functioning, hooks on clothes rack broken and the kitchen window curtain falling apart when touched. Due to these issues, the apartment does not deserve it's star rating, I am sorry to say.

The place had 2 rooms to sleep in, a living room to socialize and, if anyone needs a Sauna, it was in the apartment, but electric. We haven't used it, but it's a great bonus. The kitchen had everything you need, knives, utensils, and plates, and the location was very central. Walking distance to Brasov main square for 8-10 minutes. Parking is available near the area, 2 RON per hour or 16 RON per day, only during the day (8:00-20:00), At night is free to park as long as you have the space available. Street parking is first come first served, even if yu paid and left the parking, you must be lucky to find a new space.

The big shower head was not holding in the shower, it was falling down, and the small one had the holder broken, so you must shower only holding the small shower head. The beds were a bid squeaky, but bearable. You can't pay by card, you should have the amount for the stay in cash, which I think is not right... I had to pay extra fees to withdraw money , just because of that.

Very good location. Big apartment. Good heating.

Matress in main bedroom was aweful. Shower needs some work. Shower door barely closes.
