Spacious room. Has everything you need for a few days stay. Host was very nice and accommodated our late arrival

Our room was facing street and it was noisy in the mornings

clean, warm considering the cold weather outside, spacious, has a smart TV, small kitchenette if you need to cook a fast breakfast

wifi is terrible, it bearly works. there are no outlets in the room- just the one behind the TV an you have to improvise if you have several devices that need charging. veeeery loud, the apartment is located on a very busy street facing the street and because almost all outside walls are glass it is very loud and you can barley sleep; plus the light in the morning makes it impossible to sleep later than 7 AM. the thing i hated most was the very rude person that handed us the keys. First of all she called 2 weeks prior to our arrival to tell us to send a fraction of the money with wire transfer to ensure our booking (they selected free cancelation and did not want us to use it in case needed) even though that was not mandatory according to booking’s terms and conditions. second of all when we got there she tried to make us cancel our booking to try to skip paying booking their fee which we did not agree to. we had trouble getting sleep therefore we left one day earlier and when we called to let the lady know we are leaving she didn’t even bother to ask if there was anything wrong. overall it was a very disturbing and unpleasant experience and I do not recommend this place!
