Tesis pırıl pırıldı. Evde terlikten kahve-şekere, buzdolabındaki suya kadar her şey düşünülmüştü. Tüm ev gereçleri ve temizlik malzemeleri eksiksizdi. Her odada televizyon vardı. Binada her daireye özel otopark bulunuyordu. Binanın önünde çocuk parkı var. Apartman dairesi olmasına rağmen etrafı ağaçlıklı ve gece boyu bülbüller ötüyor.

Binanın asansörü biraz küçük, dairede tuvalet ve banyonun aynı yerde olması kalabalık ailer için sıkıntı yaratıyor.
