4th floor, not super easy access

The location The apartment was comfortable and clean The manager was kind enough to let us check out late.

1. Not suitable for families with small children. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. The staircase is very steep, narrow and the railings dangerous. 2. There were cockroaches in the corridor, just outside the apartment. 3. The building is very old and unpleasant. Might even say that it felt a bit filthy. 4. We arrived at the apartment at 5am and expected to have the sofa ready to sleep 2 of us but the sofa wasnt ready. (we were a family of 4) 5. There is no reception, therefore if you have a late flight you cannot leave your belongings anywhere

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and very close to old town. The payment for 3 nights (4 people) was economic and it really worth it. I suggest it for young people and families with adult kids

The apartment is on the 4th floor and the stairs are difficult to step. The old people may find difficulties to get up. I didn’t like the communication with the owner the morning we left. I didn’t find easy to open the post box and she talked to me ironic when I could finally opened it.

4rh floor without elevator

The apartment was spacious and well appointed. It was well located on the edge of the old town. The furnishings, etc were generally of good quality and it was comfortable.

A couple of the pillows were quite hard. Other than that the only thing potential hirers would need to be clear on is that there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment (and 3 doors). It was clear prior to booking and exactly what I expected so all good.
