the view, the space, the facilities, modern, new, clean, overall great experience

the sink and shower in the first bathroom were not draining properly; no bedside lights in any of the rooms; in the kitchen in order to use the microwave we had to unplug the fridge; the address provided was confusing, none of the GPSes used brought us to the location, but to another one instead, with the same street name;
