Everything very clean and tidy

Good WiFi, warm, lot of space, logia, all possible kitchen stuff for comfort cooking

Too strong aroma, the toilet lid cannot hold the upper position. Also there was no water in the kitchen for three days, and I had to collect the water that leaked an hour before, when issue started. however, this is not the fault of the host

spacious and close to where I needed to be. it had everything you would need for a lovely stay.

The apartment has a good location and across the street you benefit from a big store, which is very convenient. Also, the air conditioner is a blessing during summer time.

When we got there the host wasn't very welcoming and asked for all payment on spot in the first minutes. After she left we discovered that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned (dirty toilet, bathtub, sink and there was also a bug in the sink); the kitchen was also unclean (the table, even the chairs, the handle of the fridge had this rock hard handful of food stuck on it, and i won't even mention that the oven and all the pans and cutlery didn't look clean); there was dust everywhere, from the floors to the tables to the drawers and closet - we started to question ourselves if the sofa and the bed were clean at least. As we had already payed the stay we couldn't give up the location to find another one, so we started our first vacation day cleaning up everything i just mentioned (thank God there were cleaning products at least). It seemed like there stayed people before us and nobody cleaned up after them. The fun part is that when it was time for us to leave we cleaned after ourselves (of course) and the host asked us to leave AT LEAST at 12PM because she had other people coming in (when we arrived it was around 1 PM and even mentioned the estimated time the day before our arrival and it didn't make a difference). She didn't even show up herself to take the key, say farewell and hear our complaints (she sent someone younger, maybe her daughter, probably because she was around our age - we found the action kind of unprofessional), so our presumption is that she didn't show up to clean up before the others arrived either.

Viviana was brilliant, she was really prompt in replying to my texts and very helpfull.
