"Excellent from every point of view."

The location was excellent and the apartment was newly renovated. Communication with the host was easy.

The cleaning person did not do the job properly. The floors were vacuumed but not mopped so after walking barefoot in the apartment our feet were dirty. The vacuum provided was clogged and did not pick up the stuff on the floor. These things happen very often with hired cleaners.
