Bossa nova Castle&Outstanding home with garage

Ho dato 1 voto in più solo per la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario (nell'anticipare l'orario di check in, nel venirci incontro per il parcheggio, nel risolvere qualunque problema si sa presentato, nel rispondere rapidamente a qualunque messaggio) Ottima posizione, appena al di fuori dell'area pedonale, molto comoda. Appartamento abbastanza spazioso. Cucina ben attrezzata.

Non molto pulita: c'erano piatti sporchi in lavastoviglie lasciati dai precedenti ospiti. Qualche problema strutturale che non ha compromesso il nostro soggiorno (un problema al letto che il proprietario si è offerto di venire a riparare il mattino successivo) Il divano letto è scomodo. Letto matrimoniale troppo duro per i miei gusti, cuscini troppo soffici. Ci sarebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione.

Location, instructions were really clear, apartment was nice and clean, beds comfy. Parking was nearby and perfect for our car.

Super su vrlo jasne upute za preuzimanje ključeva. Odlično je što smo imali garažu za auto. Super je blizina šetnice uz Ljubljanicu u centar grada.

Nije mi se svidjelo spavati u dnevnoj sobi na vrlo neudobnom kauču i prijenosna klima koja je vrlo glasna.

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado y es bonito pero.....

La gestion no es muy buena, El parquing es pequeño y con muy mal mantenimiento, las puertas costaba de abrir. No tubimos toallas de manos y las del cuerpo estaban manchadas de lejia. El aire acondicionado era un aparato movil que no pudimos poner, en la ducha habia un poco de moho. Los armarios estaban llenos de cosas viejas desordenadas.

The location of the apartment is very good, there is an excellent traditional Slovenian restaurant over the road and another is close by. It is a very short walk into the town center and it is just near the castle. The apartment was warm and cosy.

The lock box for the keys ( three almost identical keys with no identifying colour codes) is actually located next to the adjoining block of flats. As we arrived late at night this was unsettling as we did not know which apartment block was ours. We finally did get in to find that the bed had empty duvet covers on the bed. We found some duvets in a cupboard and needed another pillow - a worn out bag of lumps is not a pillow. If you are renting please provide decent pillows and bed linen not old things with holes and lumps. There was no WiFi codes left for us and we had to find a cafe with internet to be able to contact the hosts. This proved quite difficult. No sheet of paper with internet WiFi details was provided - instead we were advised to look at the strings of serial numbers on the back of the modem. incredibly frustrating and annoying. the host offered to come over one day but we advised that we were going about the country in a car that day and suggested that night and after that there was no contact from the host at all. No TV, No Internet and No WiFi for a week. Also if your visitors are coming from overseas, as were were, a map of Ljubljana would have been very helpful.

The garage was too small for our car and the owner pointed us to a pay garage near the apartment saying he would refund the cost which he did not. The house was dirty with cobwebs on the walls. Bed sheets with lots of hair and finally the internet did not work. It was very difficult to find the key box with the keys to the apartment. not worth the price paid.

The location is great. The garage fits a Ford Focus.

Old bed linen, mold on the bathroom ceiling, old personal use bath products from previous guests inside the apartment. Dead flower.
