The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. Although the room is not so big, the apartment itself has everything for comfortable stay -- from washing machine to set of kitchen utensils and some grocery like tea, coffee and spices. It was crystal clean, furniture and home appliances is pretty new. Also there is a bus stop and a couple of small supermarkets nearby. The district is green and silent. Wi-fi is really fast, and there was no problem with heating or hot water, also it has air conditioning. The owner is very friendly and willing to help. He even let us to stay with a small dog without extra payments. There is only good impressions!

An entrance door of the house was a bit squeaky (it was quite well heard because the apartment is on the ground floor), but it was the only sound we heard from neighbours. And the sofa in the room was a bit hard for me, but it depends on your preferences about mattresses. Anyway, there is also a really soft sofa in the kitchen.

This is an amazing apartment! Very warm, clean, cozy and comfortable. I stayed there with two friends and two cats for 5 days. The sofas turn easily into beds. If you have a cat, don't worry. Pets can't get get stuck under these beds, the system is totally safe, we triple-checked it. There are also exterior shutters on the windows, so you can open a window without worrying that your cat escapes outdoors. Saša is a great host, very attentive and friendly. He helped us a lot, including making a 'white card' registration at the police the day after arrival. My special awe goes to the electriс Turkish coffee pot. An incredible kitchen appliance for endless coffee drinkers like us. There is also a wonderful street-food spot called "Ćoškloš" just in front of the building. Magnificent pljeskavica, palačinke and sandwiches for a reasonable price, I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Everything was great. Clean and tidy apartment. Quiet and calm area. Excellent internet. Sasha solved all problems. I liked living here and recommend
