Studio 10

Great location, lovely host, smartly laid out compact studio with everything one needs. Lots of attention to detail, like outside shutters to make the bedroom fully dark, and mosquito nets in the bathroom window. Right in the centre yet very quiet. Very good bed with a modern mattress (a bit too soft for me but that means it will be perfect for most people). I really liked the smart layout of the studio, which makes it feel much larger and spacious than other properties the same size.

All was good. If you're sensitive to noise, rest assured the place is as quiet as can be in a city. Expect to occasionally hear the house door buzzer from 8am onwards when someone enters though, so if you're sensitive you might want to use ear plugs. There also was a distinct smell from the bathroom drains that might bother you, but just keeping the bathroom window open sorted that out. Overall, a fantastic place, and we much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return here whenever we can.

Vladimir is a wonderful, friendly and supportive host. Location of the appartment is great, all the landmarks are close, very nice to walk during the day and in the evening around the area. Appartment was tidy, cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay a lot!

- location is fantastic, everything is few minutes walk from here - Host is really nice and let me stay bit longer than standard check out - I left around 4 pm, because he had another booking - Apartment is on the ground floor, but there’s no noise from outside, which was a positive surprise to me since there’s restaurants just under the window - Sheets and towels smelled super clean and place is clean in general.

- Only thing I didn’t like were dead cockroaches on the stairs just in front of apartment. I noticed that just an hour after I arrived and it was late at night, but as I messaged host he reassured me that there’s no insects in the house and he came immediately - sprayed the entire entrance and cleaned it. There was no bugs in the house at any point and since the first night I haven’t seen them at all.

Есть все необходимое. Самый центр. Апартаменты не новые, но аккуратные. Хозяин разрешил выехать позже, так как следующий жилец приезжал поздно вечером.

Sahibi on numaraydı. Banyo geniş ve konforluydu. Çay kahve imkanları iyiydi. Çok merkeziydi.

Dış kapısı eski olduğundan zor açıldı. Camlardan direkt kafelerin ışıkları vuruyordu. Karanlık bir ortam olmadığından uyumak zor oldu.

Vladimir is a very friendly and helpful host! He greeted us in the evening and took care of the local registration papers (bely karton). The apartment is more spacious than it looks in the pictures, with a high ceiling and enough storage for a week-long stay. There's a portable induction cooker in the kitchen, and also a clothes steamer. We brought our laundry to the hotel across the street, and they washed the clothes very quickly but at a considerable price.

The apartment is located next to the building entrance, and the door buzzes every time someone comes in. At night, we slept through it, but it was a bit annoying during the day. The window is quite small and located too low to let in enough natural light, so it was always a bit shady inside. Everything was generally clean, but the bedroom and kitchen areas could use a more thorough dusting. Also, it would be nice to have a couple more hangers for clothes. Also, we booked an airport taxi on Booking.com, and it was ordered for a wrong address: Obilicev Venac instead of Toplicin Venac. That’s not the flat host’s fault, of course.

It was only for 2 days, but it was the most comfortable days. It was very clean, and the room was much larger than the photo. The host was very pleasant.
