SM Apartments Kopaonik

The host was phenomenal. Hospitality at the level of a five-star hotel. Recommendation for accommodation.

The staff was very friendly. When smth was broken in the appartement they immediately reacted and very quickly everything was repaired. We had amazing view from the terrace and a possibility to use swimming pool with the discount. The appartement is equipped with everything you might need and even more.

The appartement we stayed in wasn't in the same location (building) that we have booked. It took us time to find the place.

Room was great, equipped with everything you need and has amazing view. Very quiet, good for relaxing and resting. The guy Novak, that I communicated with was at the top of the game, very forthcoming, helpfull and nice.

Reentering the SPA in the same day was possible only if you pay again which for me is great setback even with the privileged price of 12 euro per person. Nothing much to do on that side of the mountain.

Friendly staff, nice location, restaurant and market nearby.

room was not ready by the time. there was smell of toilet in the room

The staff contacted me before the stay asked if we need something, it was end off season all hotel empty but they still Left one spa open in the resort.
