Cisto,uredno,udobno. Lepa terasa sa garniturom, gleda na bastu. Ispod apartmana ima kafeterija gde mozete doruckovati ili popiti kafu (nije u ceni apartmana). Lokacija je odlicna za ljude koji prave pauzu u Beogradu ili dolaze u posetu ljudima koji su u blizini. Parking mesta ima dosta, ne placaju se.
