Good location, close to subway station. Spacious and very bright apartment.

The furniture needs some repairs and some general maintenance for the flat is needed.

Din păcate, experiența a fost un dezastru. Apartamentul nu era curățat corespunzător după clienții anteriori. Lenjeria de pat din dormitor nu fusese schimbată, iar acest lucru a fost evident. Am solicitat schimbarea lenjeriei, iar răspunsul primit a fost că au probleme cu personalul de curățenie și că le pare rău. Băile erau murdare, WC-urile necurățate, cu urme vizibile, calcar pe baterii și praf peste tot. Bucătăria era, de asemenea, murdară, pătată, iar tacâmurile erau lipicioase. Pereții apartamentului erau murdari, pătați și chiar deteriorați pe alocuri. Per total, condițiile de igienă au fost mult sub orice standard acceptabil pentru o cazare listată pe Booking. Nu recomand această proprietate, mai ales din cauza lipsei de curățenie și a modului superficial în care a fost pregătit apartamentul pentru oaspeți.

В Отеле отсутствует парковка для авто, нам пришлось автомобиль оставлять за 2 квартала от места проживания,на сайте указано что парковка есть.

Amplitud del apartamento , era un piso 13 y super luminoso

La limpieza no me pareció correcta , la vajilla tampoco desordenada y cutre.
