Location and maybe price

I recently stayed at this apartment, and while it was reasonably priced and located in a fantastic area, the experience was far from perfect. The apartment seriously needs renovating, and there are several issues that made the stay less enjoyable. The most significant problem was the awful smell from the toilet that lingered for days—we couldn’t do anything to get rid of it, and it really impacted the stay. The kitchen faucet was barely attached and felt like it could break at any moment. The bedroom door had a huge hole in it, which was odd and not what you’d expect. The hair dryer had exposed wires and made concerning noises, which felt outright hazardous. The shower door wouldn’t close properly—you had to prop it up with something, which was inconvenient. Also, there was only one mirror in the bathroom, so if you’re staying with more than one person, it’s not the most practical setup. Overall, the price and location were great, but the smell and general state of the apartment made it hard to enjoy the stay fully. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re okay with tolerating these issues.

The location is perfect, host is very responsible and helpful, the apartment is renovated and comfortable.

The toilet smells very bad and there is no mirror in the apartment except small one in the toilet. If the smell of the toilet is fixed, the apartment will be a perfect accommodation.

Elevator is the best experiance in Balkan you can get😁...

The smell of the apartment is awful. It is located in 11th floor so it can get very hot during the night. There in not enough bed covers for 2 guests. Not even one drain (bath, toilet...) is working. Take an air spray with you so you can survive.
