Nothing. On the day of arrival they refused to accommodate us, because the apartment was occupied by other guests.

After a booking confirmed by the host a month ago and a phone number submitted for communication, it turned out that on the day of arrival we had nowhere to stay. We got on the phone with the host who didn't speak any language other than Serbian and explained that he didn't receive our reservation and the apartment was occupied by other guests and we couldn't check in. That was in the evening around 8:00pm after we had traveled more than 600 km all day. They put us in a rather unpleasant situation and impasse.
