A proper AC system should be installed as it gets pretty hot during the summer on the last floor where the apartment is located.

"Perfect for a few days stay"

The place is very cozy and perfect for a couple or a single person. The kitchen was fully equipped, we had everything we needed for a quick meal and coffee. The host left us towels, shower gel and shampoo, and even a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine. The view is great from the balcony. It's close to the mall, McDonalds, Lidl, bus stops and gas stations. The host was super friendly and willing to help if we needed anything extra.
