There were no towels, they offered to bring them the next day. It's good that there were sheets hanging in a drying facility that we used. It seems that the floor in the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a long time. There is a leak around the toilet.

the apartment was dirty, there was garbage inside the apartment from the former tenants , toilet was leaking every it was flushed , mirror on the big armoire was broken and the sliding door was jammed

It's a perfectly well equipped apartment in the middle of the city with easy access to main sights. Easy to find parking , at least in the evenings Quiet and central

The apartment exceeded our expectations as we easily felt home inside. It's right in the center of town but it's in quiet inner garden which makes the atmosphere really special. Kitchen has everything one needs for cooking And there is a lot of storage place in the apartment, amazing when travelling with a child We will definitely book this place in future!

We found parking close to apartment and it was big with a lot of amenities like an Airbnb

The second “bed” the couch was really dirty and broken it was missing woods, the hole place felt really dirty and the guide to go in make us so much time at the night, also found and killed 2 cockroach..

Good Position and big property

Very BAD cleaning, no curtains in the bathroom so everyone outside can see you while you’re having a shower. I found my towels very dirty, I found hairs in the shower and all was very dirty The bad was uncomfortable and the building is not in a safe place, with few lights and we were not feeling safe.

The room was dirty and the photos of the apartment dont show the reality. The toilet was a mess...

Spacious apartment, in a quiet building in the center of the city. That's a big plus! Wi-fi worked well. On TV – channels mostly in Romanian. The kitchenette is equipped with needed utensils, cups, glasses, etc., a bit cramped but functional. The shower pressure and temperature were adequate for a very good shower. Overall, I had a good stay in spite of the shortcomings noted below.

Small things that can make a big difference: The bed was a bit hard. I was OK with it but some people might find it uncomfortable. There is a night stand on each side of the bed, but no lamp on any of them. So in order to turn the light in the bedroom on and off you have to walk to the main switch on the wall, which was totally inconvenient. There are no shelfs in the shower cabin to put your toiletries, so you have to put them on the floor while showering. The shower is hand-held type. The shower-head holder on the wall is broken, again inconvenient to use. Also, the towel rack in the bathroom is installed too high, about 1 ft. from the ceiling. I’m tall so it was not an issue for me. However, for a shorter person, it could be a problem to reach. There is no hand towel in the kitchen. Some occasional small bugs on the floor in the kitchen and hallway can be spotted. Finally, the check-in is totally impersonal, just instructions by e-mail. I guess pretty soon the AI will take over and replace all humans that are still left in this business. The host was available though on the phone if you needed their assistance. The process of entering the unit a bit awkward: you have to follow a long instruction procedure, unlock 2 coded boxes and retrieve the keys to the apartment.
