The owner was pretty cool and friendly, the place was nice and the price was perfect.

The terrace was a bit small for a big groups.

Amazing location and the host was superb

The apartment was exactly like it was described. Very good location, practically exiting from the building directly in Piata Victoriei. The apartment has rooms with view on both side of the building, either facing the street, either with view in the back were you can have silence. Enough space for 6 persons to stay very comfortable, or up to 10 or 12 persons depending on how many sofas you want to transform in beds. The host, Lucian was very helpful and can be reached easily. There were 2 balcony so this is a big plus, also AC in every room. There are also 2 elevators which are functional, so no problems to bring the bags in the apartment.

The only thing is the parking place, but it is not the fault of the host, taking in consideration that the location is exactly in the Piata Victoriei. Lucian was very kind to guide us behind the building in order to try to find a spot to park. Just a hint, if you come early in the morning, there is a bigger chance to find a place were to park. But, we manage to find one also in the afternoon, so I think it depends on luck. However, in the advertise, there is stated that the apartment has no parking, so we expected to search for an available spot upon arrival.

A good located apartment near Victoria Square and not far from Railway station with plenty of public transport options. The checkin process was smooth and we were allowed to checkin early. The communication with owner was quick and useful. We found the apartment clean, warm and the two bathrooms were an added bonus (we were 8). Should we travel to Bucharest again in a larger group we would definitely stay here again. p.s. the kitchen is a bit small if you are travelling as a larger group, for us it wasn't a problem as we had our meals in one of the nearby restaurants (which there's plenty off on neighbouring streets).
