Location, free parking.

Lacking the number of small things, improvements and repairs. The shower head could not be fixed to the wall (broken holder). Noisy street. Uncomfortable bed and pillows.

It was very well located, had a parking space, really friendly staff, large apartment, comfortable bed, large chill area. Great value for money.

Small maintenance issues, toilet paper holder not there and shower needs maintenance.
