SEA nice view despite poor weather. The bathtub was a reallly nice feature. It was fairly easy to park most of the time in front of the house and with a car this location is really nice.
we struggled a bit with getting the water on the right temperature to make the bath enjoyable. There is a little fridg and some cuttlery in the place and when you cannot sit on the balcony, it is quite attractive to pick up the balcony furniture and put it inside (but I only realised later that the balcony is a shared space, so when the place is fully occupied this is not a kind thing to do). Being able to sit inside and work is a bit harder w the furniture.
