Apartament Luca P1 Oradea Prima Residence

Could be more clean. Towels and laundry didn’t look too clean and I can tell for sure that those are not being professionally cleaned. Those are washed at home. Cups we found in the kitchen for use were dirty. Overall cleaness issues. When I turned on the AC, it smelled really ugly… I assume filters have not been changed for a long time The apartament is quite degraded and for this price in same area there are other options available at a higher quality. We booked the apartment as a family as we needed two beds, it is quite disappointing to find out that you need to pay extra for another set of laundry. And the amount you need to pay extra is very expansive. It was very disappointing, that was the main reason I booked an apartment because I needed two sleeping areas at a decent price, otherwise I would go for a hotel and have breakfast included, proper laundry and professional serhices.

Everything was perfect. Good location. Easy self check-in.

The apartment looks better than in photos. It is modern and cozy in the same time. I really enjoyed my stay!
