Beautiful view and right on the sea wall .

Friday was pretty noisy and wild but otherwise surprisingly quiet considering the bars and restaurants are right out front.

The location is very central, which is a definite plus — you can theoretically walk to the waterfront easily. That said, the area is now packed with coffee shops, so finding a place to actually sit and relax by the water is harder than you'd expect. Facilities are rustic but functional — everything you need is there, and the place was very clean, which I appreciated.

A few downsides worth mentioning:The first night there was a large party nearby making it quite noisy. The second night, the surrounding coffee shops kept things loud until around 11pm — something to factor in if you're a light sleeper. The windows actually do a decent job blocking sound, which helps. The main practical issue was the apartment door — you have to kick it to get it open, which feels like something that should be fixed. For the price and location, it would also be a nice touch to have basic toiletries like shampoo provided.

Location is great. Beautiful sea view. The heating was working and sadly necessary due to bad weather.

There were some issues with the wifi.
