"Estupendo apartamento, bien situado, tranquilo y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable."

Es un apartamento muy amplio y con todos los servicios. Además tiene detalles, aparentemente sin importancia, pero que se agradecen como algodones para desmaquillarse o aceite de oliva si quieres aliñar una ensalada….

El,portal de entrada es bastante lúgubre pero está en obras y seguro que mejora. Tampoco es tan importante.

"Frumos în poze, în realitate mai puțin"

Pro: apartamentul avea un design interior plăcut , a fost destul de curat (dacă fac abstracțiile de petele grețoase de pe pereți și canapea și din duș și alte colțuri) . - locația bună

Contra - Canapeaua din hol era extrem de deteriorată, strâmbă , foarte incomod de dormit pe ea. - Comunicarea cu proprietara a fost și ea mai lentă, răspunsurile venind cu întârziere atunci când am solicitat informații

Apartamentul este confortabil, bine dotat cu cele de trebuinta in baie si bucatarie. Este situat central, in apropiere magazine alimentare Mega Image si Sora, la piata de legume si fructe se ajunge in 10 min de mers pe jos. Statia de taxi se afla la 5 min Distanz. Speram sa ne putem intoarcem aici, apartamentul este mai tot timpul inchiriat !!!

Nagyon jó a lokáció! Kolozsvár belvárosa besétálható! Aranyos lakás, tisztaság volt, jóillat volt.
