Apartamenrul este bine compartiment, livingul open space, bucataria utilată cu frigider, plita hota, masina de spalat vase etc...curatenia se incadreaza in standardele normale.

Lipsa prosoapeleor a fost un impediment pentru un sejur de 3 zile, am gasit doar doua prosoape noi , neclatite inainte de utilizare, apoi am contactat proprietarul pentru a il informa ca nu sunt suficiente, a vazut mesajul dar nu a raspuns...aceeasi problema a fost si in cazul sapunului de maini si a gelului de dus.

Locatia si parcarea gratuita sunt un mare avantaj. Apartamentul e luminos, bine structurat.

Apartamentul necesita renovare, si-a pierdut gloria de odinioara si nu mai arata ca in poze. Minusuri observate: miros de tigara, pereti patati/crapati pe alocuri, unele prize desfacute, bucati de plinta lipsa, corpuri de iluminat prafuite, paianjeni pe tavan. Fara prosoape si lenjerie de schimb.
