Nagyon hiányos felszereltségű az apartmanű hogy olyan mértékben, hogy a harmadik előre bejelentett személynek nem volt ágyneműje és wc papirt sem volt található az egész apartmanban! A telefonokra se, válaszoltak! Nem ajánlom senkinek!

- The location is good. - The apartment is large and clean. Important disclaimer: The host informed us that he unilaterally decided to move us to another apartment close by (it’s 1 min away) which is newer and larger. The apartment resembled the photos from NOVAPART AKAASIA, but it’s in a different building that’s now being finished.

-Minus 3 points for the lack of a washing machine, despite it being clearly listed in the amenities of the apartment we originally booked. This was a major issue for us on a long road trip with two young children — we chose this urban stop specifically to do laundry. Instead, we had to spend extra time and money buying clothes and figuring out how to fit them in an already packed car. -Minus 3 points for the host’s attitude and handling of the issue. When we flagged the missing washing machine, he insisted the apartment never had one — even after we showed him screenshots proving otherwise — and treated us as if we had simply misunderstood. When we asked to be moved back to the apartment we had actually booked, he bluntly told us it was occupied. So what he initially framed as an “upgrade” was actually a cover for a double-booking. No apology came until checkout, after we said we’d report the misleading listing to Booking. -Minus 1 point for various minor but frustrating issues: • The check-in process was not as smooth as promised. We were told we’d receive a message with check-in instructions, but we didn’t. Instead, I noticed a missed call from an unknown number while already en route, with no follow-up message. The host informed us he had unilaterally moved us to another apartment (again, sold as an “upgrade”), but finding the new address involved some circling around. He also asked for a photo of my ID before sending access info, which took me some minutes. Something that could’ve been sorted easily ahead of time if he’d simply messaged me. Not a disaster, just frustrating and not guest-friendly. • No storage or hooks near the entrance, and no wardrobe for guests sleeping in the living room. Clothes ended up scattered over furniture. • Only 3 dining chairs in a 4-person apartment. • Missing basic supplies like dishwasher detergent, a sponge, and even hand soap in one bathroom (we had to move a bar of soap between rooms).
