Ok in terms of communication with the host, the location is right near the center, most of the sights are close by and easy to access.

Unfortunately the room below is a bit small and somewhat noisy (there are a lot of ACs around from the restaurants nearby) so not too silent during the day - it is fine however night time as most ventilators around stop.
