Old Town - Ultra Central Apartment

Great location in the middle of the old town and near most of the main squares and parks. Surprisingly quiet as well considering how many bars are nearby. Lots of bus stops and underground stops nearby too. The host was super helpful as well, and even gave me access to another flat for the evening I'd checked out after I had trouble with my coach not showing up.

My kitchen only consisted of one hob and a microwave, so if you need multiple hobs, a grill or an oven then they weren't available in my apartment.

the heat does not work well in the property we were 3 people and we slept on the sofa in the living room 2 people where the duvet was very dirty with blood from menstruation, we did not have a pillow so we could sleep on the sofa it is not worth the money we spent in the miserable conditions, you can get sick with hepatitis. I wanted to cancel the reservation but the money could not be recovered because once you have made a reservation you can not recover it, be careful what you rent because it is not good at all. have a good day

absolutely nothing. There must have been rats in the building. The most disgusting filthy place ever. It should be closed down.

It wasn’t very clean, dead flies on the wall and the outside of the apartment is filthy and feels quite unsafe. We ended up booking another hotel within 15 mins of entering the apartment and they didn’t give us a refund

Good location, good size room bedroom is sort of separate to the main room too. Clean apartment overall. There is a fridge and lots of plus sockets. 3 toilet rolls were provided.

Cockroaches and bugs all outside the front door and some inside. Front door key didn’t work, had to ring owner who sent someone down or wait for someone to leave to get in. Managed to get in but caused inconveniences sometimes

The location could not have been better. It was very cheap, considering this. It is quite spacious and has almost everything you could need. It is also extremely shaded, so it did not get horribly warm and uncomfortable, even at 41°C and without the air-conditioning switched on. The air-conditioning unit worked really well, that said. Andrei, the managing agent, and his assistant were super friendly and very accommodating.

The fridge was broken, and there was a slight cleaning issue, but as mentioned above, staff were really efficient at fixing these minor issues and were only too happy to help. The apartment only has one mirror located in the bathroom, so could do with a couple more dotted about in the bedroom and/ or near the sofa bed area, perhaps! Other than this, you really can not grumble for the price. So long as something is clean, then you get what you pay for. This was a gem in the heart of the Old Town.

Right by the old town, easy to walk to the centre. The room is big with a lot of space to walk around and have a kitchen , dinning table, sofa but the kitchen is not for cooking as there is no gas or electric cooker. Staff helpful.

It doesn't look nice in the hallway but after getting to the room it is nice and relaxing. The main door was difficult to open to get in, took so long to try to open many times before it worked.
