No! All is good

It was very clean, we had all we needed to feel very good.

We had everything we needed.This apartment is great for a family with 2 children.

Forget about the small inconveniencies (steep stairs to the 3rd floor, homeless people sleeping close to the entrance - they are completely harmless, and other things you might have read in previous evaluations) - this is the best accommodation ever, in terms of location vs. money in all the European capitals we visited. You are 10 minutes away from everything (Grand Place, Central Station etc.), you can walk or take the metro (right in front of the building), you have shops and restaurants nearby - at Brussels Grill downstairs the food is great and you receive a discount voucher from Sam.

Nothing to complain about, as I said, we focused on the advantages, not on the downsides.

The bedding and towels are not clean. They also smell bad. Water comes out of the air conditioner.

It had parking

There were NO SHEETS on the beds. When i told the owner the pillowcases had dried saliva and other white dried substances, they told me there were new pillowcases in the wardrobe!!!The topers were filthy. Pillows smelled like stale sweat and ass. There were no duvé covers and the beds and towels smelled like used underwear/ass and unwashed feet. My son had to sleep on NO bedding, on filthy beds. That we payed for! It is unbelievable to me! Toilet had fecal smears on the bowl, freezer was filthy, towels had long hair stuck in them. Microwave and countertops were filthy and smelled appalling. It was appalling, beyond any imagination! I communicated all of this to the owner and he apologized and said that if we came back again, we would have a 50% discount! Please imagine the audacity!!!

Quiet location, close to the center and shopping center, free parking, clean, spacious, excellent for at least 3 people, all facilities for everyday life

A small problem, the air conditioning did not work but being on the ground floor the temperature was acceptable even on a hot day (+36 degrees Celsius). The host was very kind, maybe if I had stayed longer the problem would have been solved during my stay.
