"should get rid of cigarettes smell"

The location is convienent, very clost to the heart of downtown. The property provided free-parking in the city.

The smell of cigarettes in the room was quite strong and clearly hadn't been removed—it triggered an instant coughing fit and lingered until the next day. Additionally, the sofa bed was not properly prepared—there was no quilt or sheet provided, and I ended up having to sleep wearing my jacket to stay warm.

We liked the property very much. Big spacious apartments with everything needed, including coffe-machine, washing -machine, dishwasher, good wi-fi, free parking. Beds were very comfortable. Location is great - not far from the center, about 15min walk. Supermarket is nearby.

Sometimes a bit noisy from the street in late evening - young companies are having fun. But not a big problem.
