"Prijemny byt s komplet vybavenim"

Byt sa nachadza na vyvysenom prizemi, co ie velmi pohodlne, pokial mate viac veci. Cez cestu je obchod s potravinami a o par krokov dalej prijemna restauracia. Parkovanie priamo pred domom

Zvlastny pan sused, ktory nas “uvital” tym, ze si dal tu namahu a vysiel z bytu a o 15tej, ked sme si bez vyraznejsieho hluku nosili batozinu do bytu, a povedal len ze pššššt. Na druhy den sme si nasli na dverach oznam, ze prilis buchame vchodovymi dverami na bytovke. Dvere mali pritom brzdiaci mechanizmus, takze bolo nemozne s nimi nejakym sposobom trieskat.
