Perfect stay and an even better host! The stay exceeded all expectations. The space is spotless — extremely clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. It looks even better than in the photos. The bed is very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere provides a true sense of calm and relaxation. The location is excellent — everything you need is nearby, yet it’s quiet enough for proper rest. I would especially highlight the kindness and hospitality of the hosts — communication was smooth and quick, and they were always available to help with anything we needed. Definitely a place I would return to and highly recommend to everyone!

10/10 experience! The apartment is located in the absolute heart of the city. It’s perfectly equipped with AC in both bedrooms and great heating everywhere. The beds are super comfy and the bedding is lovely. We really appreciated having a separate toilet in addition to the main bathroom. Our host was exceptionally kind and professional - truly wonderful experience! If you're looking for the perfect place to stay, this is it!

Everything that I potentially could’ve liked was completely spoiled by the psychotic host, who kicked us out

I have been using Booking.com for many years now and this has been the WORST EVER experience. Well, where to begin. I’ve found silverfish on one of the beds, recorded it and sent it to the host, to let him know. He proceeded to call me angrily, starting with “Why you make my pressure go up?” and while I was confused on what the hell does he mean, he told me that I am looking for problems, accusing him that the apartment is clean and basically said that we are to leave the apartment the next day, he will give us the free day. Mind you, I’m staying with my wife and a 4 month old. I tried to deescalate the situation by telling him that I’m just letting him know that this can happen, but it hurt his poor ego too much and he was adamant in his decision, told me he will come to the apartment in 10 minutes to return our money. So, again, to let you know the context - we had a flight to Belgrade, then we rented a car, then we travelled to Novi Sad, my 4-month old daughter was exhausted after her first flight, and this guy had his feelings hurt. He came 10 minutes after, returned the money, made my cancel the Booking.com reservation and had the audacity to tell me “This is what you wanted.” That is when I’ve basically lost it and told him that he is kicking out a family with a newborn, to which he said “It doesn’t matter if you had 1, 2 or 5 babies, or none.” But hey his poor and fragile blood pressure does matter. This “host” doesn’t have ANYTHING to do on Booking.com, he should not have any place on any booking websites as he is unable to not act as an infantile raging narcissist who thinks of any complaints as some plot to get free nights and insult his persona. We left the apartment in a couple of hours as I felt endangered by him. And even though I wanted to do something bad - I didn’t. You know, because I am an adult. But we had to somehow come up with last-minute solutions to book something else at more premium prices.

A little away from the city center but a newly established property. But conveniently located near the public transportation. Free parking available. Good restaurant located at the ground floor.

This apartments new , very clean and a nice The coffee mushing is a fantastic , to make the fresh coffee ivery delicious . The parking place is under the building garage very good. only little bit pity is , because this apartment is near the street , in the night sometimes we hear the auto passing by.
