We didn't get to stay at the accomodation as our reservation was cancelled by the host at 6 p.m. on the night of arrival (despite being confirmed on the previous evening, and booked a month in advance). We weren't even warned about it, the host told us that we can't come already after the check-in time (when we contacted them to check for details while being on the way to the place). We had to urgently search for an alternative option late in the evening after we arrived. The host didn't even care to help to solve the matter or recommend/arrange any alternative. Awful experience.
