Good location (in the center), modern layout of the apartment, there is everything you need. The apartment is very warm (were in winter).

Owner was on time and very helpful sharing information about his place and surrounding. We had small issues with internet data (yes, it's 4g router with 100GB data) was fixed very fast after calling owner. If we go back to Kragujevac we will try to stay in this flat for sure.

Windows need much better sound isolation. One of them need small reparation, couldn't open or close. But honestly, they all need to be replaced to assure full sound isolation from street noise and music from bars.
