+ floor heating in the bathroom + toaster/grill + interior design and furniture, very cozy and nice + power socket next to the door, bring your shoe dryer with you(or maybe host can borrow you one? We didn't ask) + small grocery 30m down the street + skybus stop 100m down the street + lots of space for your clothes and stuff

No elevator, just in case anyone comes with huge suitcases it might be a problem, but not for us :) The rest is just fine!
