Sweet Home

The apartment is small and cozy, with everything you need for a couple of days in Belgrade. It's located in the center of the city, where you can find shops and amazing places to see nearby. Mirko the owner is an excellent person, always willing to help.

Comfortable cozy apartment in a good quite central location with private parking, which is essential in Belgrade if coming by car. Good communication with the staff, supportive and kind.

Cleaning could be really improved especially for the toilet (found stains of poop on the closet, plus dust and dirt) and the fridge. Expected spotless cleaning for the price. (Bedsheets were clean, that was great).

Everything you need is there. We where met upon the arrival and shown everything. Apparently, Mirko - the landlord, listened attentively to all the clients' wishes so far, and so today, nothing is missing. If you come by car, it will be in a safe place. Not talking about the perfect lokality, just in the heart od the city. Just keep going like this, Mirko.

We had an excellent stay, slept well, no problem parking the car. Close to main attractions.

Το εσωτερικοί του δωματίου ανταποκρινόταν στην φωτογράφηση.

Το εξωτερικοί του συγκροτήματος που βρισκόταν το δωμάτιο, η είσοδος, οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι και το ασανσερ, ήταν σε άθλια κατάσταση, δηλαδή τελείως ασυντήρητο, με άσχημες μυρωδιάς, βρώμικο, γεμάτο αποτσίγαρα, σκουπίδια σπασμένα μπουκάλια και χρησιμοποιημένα προφυλακτικά. Όλα αυτά κατέστησαν αδύνατη την διαμονή μας, και αφού πληρώσαμε, εγκαταλείψαμε αμέσως το κατάλυμα. Αναγκαστήκαμε να ψάξουμε και να πληρώσουμε και άλλο κατάλυμα. Η απάντηση από τον διαχειριστή, ότι το κτίριο προστατευόταν από την κυβέρνηση επειδή ήταν από την περίοδο του πολέμου δεν είχε καμία σχέση με την καθαριότητα και ασφάλεια του περιβάλλοντα και κοινόχρηστου χώρου.
