Place is in city center close to restaurants and markets. It was clean.

It's written there is an elevator but you have to go up one more floor by walk. We had a baby stroller and had to carry it every time we go out it was frustrating. And rooms were cold heaters were not working. Only AC was working for heating. Room is a little tiny but it's fine. I recommend it if you are a solo traveler or if you don't have big bags to carry. Also there was bad smell coming from sink...

Smooth pick-up from airport, altough plane was much delayed. Excellent location in the heart of the city. Quiet, good privacy and spectacular view from balcony.

Nothing really. A complimentary bottle of water would have been nice. Belgrade was struck by a heatwave that week so a bit more powerful air conditioning would help in case the temperature climb further but overall it was sufficient during my stay.
