Работал душ, была горячая вода

При передаче ключей от номера во время заселения представитель владельца или владелец апартаментов по имени Иван спросил сколько стоит номер. В итоге запросил на 1000 динаров больше, чем было указано в письменном подтверждении резервации номера, которое было направлено мне на почту. Было ощущение, что постельное бельё от прошлого постояльца не менялось.
