City Apartmani Niš

The apartment was large, and the living room was comfortable. The place is fairly new and tastefully decorated. The location is fantastic.

It is a shame that such a beautiful new place has been neglected. It was not clean. The smell in the entire apartment was putrid and was coming from the toilet drain. I tried rinsing some lemon scent and water, which helped a bit but did not eliminate the bed smell. I also bought some toilet scents, but it still felt like someone died inside. Also, the bathroom does not look like in the picture. Opening the window did not help, as a smelly rubbish container outside was as bad as the toilet smell inside. Every living room corner had a spider with a large net, and the floors had pretzel sticks and a few other items. The cleaning was very superficial. The kitchen was also poorly cleaned, and the kettle desperately needed descaling. The bedrooms did not have fresh bedroom sheets. I had to borrow some from my friends.

Large, well equiped apartment, quiet. Parking safe. Host kind and helpfull.

The apartment was clean, having a lot of space. The staff was very kind, mainly the neighbor Vladimir that also manages a nice property.

The apartment is spacious and clean. On good walking distance from the river and the center of the town.

There was a note from the lady that met us about the language we speak that was not appropriate. Hope it is due to the lack of information about it.

We were situated near the centre, so we could walk there. We only missed the shutters on the windows.

Well-furnished, clean, spatious, new apartment in a new building in the city centre. Everything went as agreed. Recommended
