It was VERY pleasant experience! Apartment is very cosy and warm (we were visiting Novi Sad during winter). Jelena was so kind to let us check in early and leave later. Overall experience was great, the only issue we had is no oven or microwave - but we just used the one from our friends to bake some X-mas cookies. Definately can recommend to anyone who is looking for cosy (and even 2-staged) apartment in Novi Sad.
