The location is very central to shops/restaurants, and everything is readily accessible by foot or bus/tram connection. Andrija contacted me via WhatsApp ahead of time to coordinate arrival and in the case of any issues/concerns. The flat itself is renovated, clean and comfortable even in the cold winter. I have seen some reviews complaining about the entrance to the building but I felt it was very safe and typical of an older building.

Cash-only and payment will be collected soon after arrival, there is an ATM right by the building entrance. It is mentioned in the listing. I was not aware, but it was not a problem.

Close to city center lots of cafes restaurants transportation everything is there with little walking distance. The place is very cozy. Don’t let outside turn you off old building yes but once inside apartment it’s lovely. The host was super nice. Very nice person with great communication.

Not a make or brake but a washing machine would have sealed the deal.
