"Cozy studio in a brand new building"

Apartment in a brand new building, only 3 km from the walking promenade in the city center. Clean, modern, looks even better than on photo. Right next to Jovana Cvijića and Dositejeva streets mentioned in a great songs of beloved Ðorðe Balašević, great opet from Novi Sad whose house is literally 2 min away

Maybe owners should mention that guest must pay additional 5 euro per day for the private parking as it is not included in the price. It worth paying as the parking spot is spacious and secured but information should be available from the beginning.
