Studio apartment Financial Park Belgrade

Peca is hospitable and friendly. The apartments are clean, beautiful and comfortable. Fast Wi-Fi. Excellent bed and bedding. Great location. Close to the train station, airport, city center. Peca, hvala vam! I recommend!

It was very clean and had constant hot water. The owner was very attentive and extremely helpful. Besides, being close to many important points was a positive feature for the apartment. I definitely recommend it.

There was only one negative situation; There were no slippers in the apartment. Since we went in winter, the ground was very cold and this caused our feet to get cold when we stepped on the ground.

Clean, good location.

Predrag (the owner) took our passports and would not return them until the last day of our stay. This is illegal and criminal, and he knew this and still did not return our passports. When we arrived at 21.00h, my partner went with the owner to take out cash from a nearby atm, and his card got stuck at the atm. In the mean time I unpacked and was waiting for my partner to come back. Instead the two of them got back to the apartment and Predrag started yelling “Get out now, you don’t have money, get out!”. I started asking him to calm down, but he just continued yelling. I showed him my card and told him I will run to another atm now and get the money. He said I will pack our stuff in the mean time!! I told him to not touch anything that I will be back in 5 minutes. I ran to the atm, and got his money. He met me in front of the building. I gave him some extra money as a sorry for the hustle, and he threw that money on the ground. My partner and I went up to the apartment and that is when I saw that all of our stuff was thrown outside infront of the door! See the attached photo!! My new macbook pro which I bought literally two months ago was thrown in a paper bag together with toiletries and stuff from the bathroom!! My partner called him the next day, asking him to give our passports back since he needed his to get to the bank and ask for the card which got stuck in the atm; he said I am not in Belgrade use your ID, you are will get your passports on Sunday and hung up!! Horrible horrible experience!

All the furniture and the other facilities were new. The amazing host thought everything with small details for the guests. You can come and stay as if you’re staying in your own room.

The neighbor was listening music loudly during weekend nights. You need to open the bathroom window regularly to get some fresh air otherwise it won’t smell good. (doesn’t have a ventilation)

Everything was prepared and clean, a really nice bathroom, the kitchen was adequately equipped.

The bed is a bit narrow for two people, it is not standard 180 cm wide.

Very good place in the center of Belgrade. A lot of groceries and cafes. Not so touristic, so not so noise, but not so far from interested places.

Strengths: A very benevolent, communicable and responsive host, he is always in touch and ready to help, it is a pleasure to deal with him. The location of this small apartment is great, it is not far from the central part of the old city, there are many retail outlets nearby - cafes, shops, pharmacies and exchange offices, plus a taxi parking is next to the main entrance. The apartment is after renovation, everything is brand-new and equipped with everything you need for living, including a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a capsule coffee machine. Great bed and comfortable mattress. Wonderful shower with powerful water pressure and relatively spacious shower. The apartment is very clean.

Not the strongest points: This apartment is actually a studio and its area is not very big. The kitchen is quite tiny. The bathroom and kitchen are not equipped with a supply and exhaust ventilation system (there is no exhaust ventilation above the stove in the kitchen and there is no fan in the bathroom), which affects the climate in the apartment in cold weather with closed windows when you cook in the kitchen or take a shower - you have to keep all windows always open to reduce the humidity. But perhaps all these above will not be a critical point for other residents.
