Localizarea proprietății e ok. Curățenia din studio, comunicarea cu proprietarul.

Blocul vechi și gândacii pe care i-am gasit (veniți din bloc în proprietate). Pentru corectitudine, studioul era foarte curat, dar o deratizare a spatiilor comune este neapărat necesară! Degeaba e curat în studio, dacă te trezești cu ganganii pe lângă țevi sau mai știu eu pe unde intra!
