Everything!!! Amazing place!!!

Location was OK. Owner was very flexible with my arrival time.

There was lots of extra furniture in the apartment, but not the essential ones; for example the living room was full of "antique" stuff, more like a museum than a living room, but there wasn't a single coffee table! I suggest owner removes all "decorative" furniture (including this huge peacock!) and old lamps from the living room and instead add these: 1- A modern and small dining table (maybe just for two); 2-A coffee table (and maybe one or two side tables, currently when you sit on the sofa with say a coffee or drink, you just have to hold it with your hands as there is no space to put it). 3- A TV, (you can bring the bedroom TV to the living room). 4- A clean and simple carpet . In the kitchen, there is lots of old (and I assume "decorative"!) brass pots and pans; remove all these and instead add a few usable ones, plus a simple toaster and an electric kettle (both under $20). In the bedroom, there is a very old and useless sofa, but there is no closet to hold clothes or luggage! There is a dresser however it already is full of various bedding stuff (some not even for this bed!)!! Bed cover and sheets are very old and bulky; replace them with some new and modern (doesn't need to be expensive, but just clean and modern) (and maybe replace the whole bed as well with a modern one). In the bathroom, there is a tub (which is black and looks very worn out, it has an extendible shower head), however there is no way to take a shower! Installing a $2 hook to hold the shower head would go a long way! Also, please clean inside the oven and avoid putting dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinet. In general this apartment furniture seems from 1050s or 1060s with no change at all. Currently Apartment does not have an air conditioner and in the Spring (and I assume Summer!) it gets very hot inside.

Very good location and positioning. Quiet area.

No A/C, only a broken rusty fan that didn’t worked at all. Place not cleaned at all. Traces and smudges of dirt on the kitchen counter and in the bathroom. Bedsheets appeared they were not fresh but from a previous guest.
