The guy was very kind. Even though we booked at the last minute and were exhausted from a long trip, he helped us by allowing an early check-in (45 minutes before the timing). The place was clean. The place is also close to a mosque, so you will hear the Adhan (the call to prayer) nearby.

The location and the bedroom size is pretty enough Parking just in frond of the room

Location is right on the main road. Room on ground floor with absolutely no noise insulation - you will hear everything. Internet was not working. Wordrobes were smelly. Kitchennet is a joke - 2 forks, 1 plate, 1 water boiler (and an electric stove that we could not even use to boil an egg). The bathroom is smelling and the shower is on top of the toilet, there is no separate shower space (the kitchen sink serves as well as a bathroom sink…) and the water heater has the electric cables exposed. Windows have no nets so there were plenty of mosquitoes in the room. The person receiving us was very impolite. Difficult to communicate with them before and during the stay. I don’t have a big problem with these things, but when they charge you 400 sar/ night, then this is not ok.

Very spacious apartment, clean and well equipped. The center of Al Ula is within walking distance.
