A szállás a város központjában helyezkedik el. A környéken van bolt és reggeliző hely. Könnyű bejutás, jó kommunikáció a szállásadóval. Tágas, jól felszerelt lakás, két fürdőszoba.

Közvetlenül a lakás alatt egy forgalmas út megy, amit éjjel-nappal használnak, így nem lehet nyitott ablaknál aludni. A fürdőszobában csatornaszag van.
