The hosts were reachable and helpful. The location was good. The apartment was suitable for a short stay.

The state of repair of the apartment wasn't great. The whole place smells strongly of mould or damp, which seems to be coming from the kitchen cupboards, and cannot (nor should) be masked by the fragrance bottles. I would recommend the problem be investigated immediately before it worsens, and seriously doubt the apartment should be inhabited before the matter is resolved. The mattress on the bed also needs replacing. The plugs should probably be checked as well, the fuse had been tripped when I arrived and the sockets seem loose and a bit inconsistent.

Tiny apartment, smelt of damp/fust throughout. Damp patches on kitchen wall and bathroom Shower tiny, anyone large isn't fitting in it. Can't fit legs in when sat on toilet either you need to be sat on the side. Bathroom door next to soft which is weird. Can only access bed from one side so need to climb over the other person. Sofa bed very upright, not good for relaxing on but fine for a quick cup of tea in the morning. Left over spices in kitchen cupboard which also wasn't a pleasant smell, this then lingered on all pots in the cupboard.

Photos of the property on the booking are heavily facelifted. The walls are dirty and smudgy, there were white stains on the sheets (don't want to know where they came from), the pillows smelled, the terrace is a just concrete patio covered with construction materials, the shower cabin is full of mold, kitchen utensils were dirty, the apartment is really dark and there was an unpleasant-unhealthy odor to it. In the end, the host had to take other accommodations and was unwilling to return the money.
