Very nice and confortable, sparkling clean with a refrigerator and a coffee machine which is very handy in the morning. Also big plus for the terrace and the parking space inside.

Maybe a little far from the city but we knew the distance and had no issue with that. Also, there is public transportation 5 min from the house. Felt a little unsafe in the bus, late at night, but that’s something that the city should solve.
