Senza apartment

Byt pekny, cisty, pani majitelka mila. Odporucam ubytovanie :)

Okno v spalni je orientovane k ulici a je tam zastavka MHD, vacsi hluk, nam to nevadilo, niekomu by mohlo.

Pulizia eccellente, proprietaria gentilissima, posizione perfetta e molto comoda per le mie esigenze, ambiente spazioso e ben curato

Metterei un phone a disposizione (unica cosa che non c'era)

Overall, it's a nice small apartment, you have everything you need for a short term stay in there. There are bus stops nearby, 2 shopping malls in the area. Location is nice and quiet. It was very kind of the owner to offer us Xmas tree and decorations for the festive mood. Landlady offered us to come and clean the apartment during our stay, we refused, but it was nice of her to offer.

In the property rules it says that smoking it's not allowed. When we entered the apartment there was a terrible smell of smoke and the windows were open. Since its december, the apartment was very cold. We called them because the heating was off and we didn't know how to turn it on, but there was no response at all. The lady called us back in 2 days to inform that she allowed herself to enter the property while we weren't there (!!!) to collect the city tax, which she was supposed to take a day before. But again, didn't show and didn't contact us. In addition, there was garbage from the previous tenants. It would be fair to add that we complained to the lady and she did apologize. But these things influenced our impression and experience.

Appartement calme, très propre et bien équipé. Situé au 1er étage de l'immeuble. Situation idéale pour nous (proche de notre famille), mais pas en centre ville. L'accès au centre est facile par le tram. Accueil très sympathique. Balades sympathiques à faire dans la colline de Kamzik
